My wife, Janice, and I own a cooking school and marketplace in Ellison Bay, Door County (www.savoryspoon.com). This is our 6th year, and things are going very well. We also do culinary tours, 2 to Europe (Italy and France), and this November we are doing one to southwest China.

I am also a real estate broker both here in Wisconsin, as well as in Arizona (30+ years). My main focus is with land in Arizona, and historic restorations projects here in Wisconsin.
